STATEMENTS
Cecilie Bach Johansen
It's important for me to engage myself in activities such as the PRME LEADERS+20 Competition; I like to get involved and this is an opportunity to make an impact - and possibly go to Rio de Janeiro! I believe it's important to be prepared for the challenges facing our generation and in my opinion, universities and students alike share this responsibility.
Jan Bentzen
I have been teaching cost-benefit analysis for a couple of years - and have research interests related to energy economics - that's why it was an obvious decision to consider and include sustainability issues in relation to my activities, including initiating and participating in the PRME LEADERS+20 Competition.
Gert Tinggard Svendsen
All countries are expected to significantly boost their renewable energy sources over the next decade. This movement from a brown to a green economy creates new market opportunities. In order to become successful first-movers and profit from these emerging markets, it is important that future leaders in business and society have received academic training within such sustainability issues.
